In what is sure to be some of the last dry days in the Willamette Valley until the Spring, rock was delivered yesterday to the vineyard site.
In order to ensure access to the vineyard during the winter months for maintenance, we needed to lay rock on the final road leading up to the gates. It took eight truck loads and 6 hours to get enough of a treatment on top of of the dirt to make a decent enough road.
It turned out well and we are now set for what mother nature sends our way.
