Complete

Malolactic fermentation is finally complete, with the exception of a couple stubborn barrels.  I have a sneaky susupicion the cold wall they sit next to might have something to do with it.  Need warmer temps!

Now time for racking...

FYI...the 2011 vintage is tasting fantastic.
